Given the equation:
$$\left(\frac{1}{\left(x - 4\right)^{2}} - \frac{7}{x - 4}\right) + 10 = y$$
Multiply the equation sides by the denominators:
(-4 + x)^2
we get:
$$\left(x - 4\right)^{2} \left(\left(\frac{1}{\left(x - 4\right)^{2}} - \frac{7}{x - 4}\right) + 10\right) = y \left(x - 4\right)^{2}$$
$$10 x^{2} - 87 x + 189 = y \left(x - 4\right)^{2}$$
Move right part of the equation to
left part with negative sign.

The equation is transformed from
$$10 x^{2} - 87 x + 189 = y \left(x - 4\right)^{2}$$
to
